With a total planned area of 1,160 mou, the Ice and Snow Sports Equipment Industrial Park of Zhangjiakou is located in Zhangjiakou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The first phase, which has been developed since August 2018, covers an area of 435 mou, and the additional area of 725 mou is to be developed. The total construction area is 247,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1.142 billion Yuan in infrastructure. The park consists of Light Equipment Production Area, Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Area, Office, R & D Comprehensive Service Area, Ice and Snow Sports Exhibition Center.

The Ice and Snow Sports Equipment Industrial Park focuses on the introduction of industries as follows: Firstly, light equipment for ice and snow sports, including ski clothes, boots and goggles, helmets, snowboard, ski poles, etc.; secondly, heavy equipment for ice and snow sports, such as snow-making machine, snow pressing vehicle, ropeway, magic carpet conveyor and snowmobile; thirdly, related industries, such as sports equipment, rehabilitation equipment, sports and leisure apparel. At the same time, we focus on the introduction of high-end service industries and R&D institutions, building a whole-industry-chain ice and snow sports equipment manufacturing base that combines light and heavy equipment, R&D and manufacturing services, so as to form an internationally renowned strategic development platform for the all-round development of the ice and snow sports equipment industry.

So far, the Ice and Snow Sports Equipment Industrial Park has signed 35 contracts, successfully introducing the registration of 31 companies. In particular, the projects such as French MND, Sufag, M3 Snowboard and Swiss BMF have been put into operation.
